These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Axel Tap (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activity under your account. You must verify your email address before your account becomes active. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• Publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content;
• Impersonate any person or organisation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other accounts;
• Use the Service to send spam or distribute malware;
• Resell or white-label the Service except under an authorised plan.

3. Plans, billing & credits

Paid plans are billed in advance in US Dollars (USD). Free plans include monthly usage credits (such as a limit on card views). When a plan's monthly credits are exhausted, affected features may be temporarily paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to your digital business cards. You grant Axel Tap a limited licence to host, display, and distribute that content solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any content, logos, and images you upload.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.

6. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your public cards will cease to be accessible.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axel Tap is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
